TASTING NOTES |
Textbook Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, deep in color, with aromas of cherries and a hint of earth. Cherry and earthen spice follow on the flavor profile and are joined by strawberry, vanilla and cracked pepper. Medium body with fine tannins, this wine has amazing structure and can easily be enjoyed on its own, but is also incredibly versatile in its ability to pair with food. As always, Averaen is all about focus, electricity, and verve.
