“The white 2024 Atance Cuveé Nº1 was produced with 55% Merseguera, 25% Macabeo and 20% Malvasía. It fermented in stainless steel, matured with lees and was bottled unoaked. After the experience with 2022, they harvested even earlier. It’s balsamic and mineral, clean, fresh and subtle, with some herbal notes, hints of white flowers and fruit. It has a vibrant palate with pungent flavors, intensity and balance. This has a moderate 12.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.25 and 5.21 grams of acidity.” - Luis Gutierrez
TASTING NOTES | Floral aromas with tropical fruits - nicely balanced freshness with melon, apricot and pear. There is a prickly quality from the mineral acidity that makes this a fun paring with a variety of dishes from salty tapas to heartier pastas.
