WINEMAKING :: Primary fermentation in open top tanks with some stem inclusion. Malolactic and aging in a combination of French oak barrels (60%) & stainless steel tank (40%) for 6 months.
TASTING NOTES :: A vibrant expression of red berry fruit, highlighting notes of wild strawberry and Bing cherry, layered with gentle earthy undertones. Bright, cheery, and full of energy.
